By selecting traveladvisorhub.org to plan and arrange your vacation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all travel services provided by traveladvisorhub.org.

Travel Documents

You agree to carefully review your itinerary, confirmations, tickets, and all related travel documents immediately upon receipt. You are responsible for notifying traveladvisorhub.org of any discrepancies or errors as soon as possible.

All traveler names listed on reservations and travel documents must exactly match the traveler’s government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license. traveladvisorhub.org is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete traveler information.

Agent for Suppliers

traveladvisorhub.org, (“traveladvisorhub.org”) acts solely as a sales agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies, and other service providers listed in your itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”).

traveladvisorhub.org does not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, service failures, schedule changes, refunds, or financial insolvency. We have no special knowledge of any Supplier’s financial condition and assume no liability for recommending a travel credit in lieu of a refund when offered by a Supplier.

Risks of Travel & Release of Liability

Travel involves inherent risks. traveladvisorhub.org assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health risks (including pandemics), illness, weather-related disruptions, labor disputes, or the suitability of any trip for travelers with disabilities.

You acknowledge that it is your personal decision to travel and that you are doing so with full awareness of current travel advisories, restrictions, and health-related guidelines, including those related to COVID-19. You expressly assume all risks associated with travel and agree to release, defend, and hold harmless traveladvisorhub.org Travel, its owners, employees, agents, officers, directors, affiliates, and contractors from any liability, loss, or expense related to such risks.

Entry & Re-Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, vaccination, customs, and entry or re-entry requirements for your destination(s) and any connecting countries. These requirements may change without notice, and it is your responsibility to monitor them regularly.

Some destinations require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry, may deny entry based on criminal history, or may require additional documentation for minors, including notarized parental consent. traveladvisorhub.org is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions related to documentation issues.

Price Increases

Certain travel arrangements, including airfare and cruises, may be subject to price increases imposed by Suppliers or government authorities after your purchase has been completed. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize traveladvisorhub.org to charge your credit card for any such additional fees.

All travel services are subject to the individual terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the applicable Suppliers, which may include penalties regardless of whether you receive direct notification.

Reservation Rule Violations

You agree not to engage in prohibited airline ticketing practices, including but not limited to “hidden-city,” “point-beyond,” or other misuse of ticketed flight segments.

If such violations occur, airlines may cancel remaining flights, revoke frequent flyer miles, or impose penalties. You agree to indemnify and hold traveladvisorhub.org harmless from any claims, costs, or damages resulting from these violations.

Travel Insurance

For your protection, traveladvisorhub.org strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and travel accident coverage. Many insurance policies exclude coverage for epidemics or pandemics, especially when government travel advisories are in effect.

traveladvisorhub.org is not responsible for denied insurance claims or policy exclusions. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any resulting losses and agree to hold traveladvisorhub.org harmless.

Credit Card Payments

We strongly recommend using a credit card for payment to preserve your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act. If traveladvisorhub.org acts as the credit card merchant, our role is limited to facilitating the transaction, collecting payment, and remitting funds to the appropriate Suppliers.

If a Supplier fails to provide contracted services, your recourse is solely against that Supplier. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes against traveladvisorhub.org for Supplier-related service failures.

Claims Deadline & Exclusive Jurisdiction

Any claims related to your travel must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the completion of your trip. Any legal action must be commenced within one (1) year of the incident giving rise to the claim.

You agree that all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
